SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT will be processed the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday at 12 p.m. PT are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.

For customers within the continental U.S., please allow up to 5 business days after your order has shipped for delivery. Expedited shipping services may be available.

If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you regarding availability before shipping your order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated after you enter your delivery address at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES, VAT, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage, handling, clearance, or other fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to BRALISSE and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. BRALISSE does not collect, control, or determine these charges.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that additional import charges may be assessed before your package can be delivered. Because these charges vary by country and order value, we recommend checking your destination country's import requirements before placing your order.

If an international shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because required duties, VAT, taxes, or other import charges are not paid, any eligible refund will be processed only after the merchandise has been returned to and received by BRALISSE. Any non-refundable shipping charges, return-to-sender charges, customs charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred by BRALISSE may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
