14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Your 14-day window begins on your official delivery date — the specific date your USPS or carrier tracking page shows the package was delivered to your address.

14-Day Return Window — What it means:

Contact us at customerservice@bralisse.com within 14 days of your carrier-tracked delivery date to request an exchange or a refund. Your delivery date is confirmed by your USPS or shipping carrier tracking record.

To contact us, you will need to identify your order with any one of the following: your order number, your full name as it appears on the order, or the email address you used when you placed the purchase.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR RETURN OPTIONS

The word “return” may refer to two different options: returning an item for an exchange, or returning an item for a refund. These options are handled differently, especially when it comes to shipping costs, timing, and next steps. Please review both options carefully so we can help you choose the path that best fits your situation.

OPTION 1 — EXCHANGE

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee

You want to find the size that fits you perfectly. We personally guide you to the correct recommended sister size and cover all shipping costs — both ways — at no charge to you. Most customers find their perfect fit within just one or two exchanges. If after trying all recommended sister sizes BRALISSE still is not right for you, we send you a prepaid return label for a full refund. There is absolutely no financial risk in trying a sister size.

OPTION 2 — RETURN FOR A REFUND

Without trying an exchange first

You prefer to return the item and receive your money back without trying a different size first. That is completely your choice and we respect it. You send the item back to us using any carrier of your choice, and once we receive and inspect it, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping in this case is your responsibility.

HOW TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

BRALISSE sizing is genuinely different from traditional bra sizing. Our sizes combine band size and cup size in a way that is unique to how our product is designed and engineered. Because of this, the initial size you order is very often a starting point — not necessarily your final perfect fit. Finding the right BRALISSE size may take one exchange, sometimes two and rarely 3+ exchanges. That is completely normal, and nothing to be concerned about. We are here to personally guide you to your correct size every step of the way.

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee in full:

We offer free exchanges for recommended sister sizes — the sizes closest to your original — until you find the one that feels made just for you. Most customers find their perfect fit within just one or two exchanges. All shipping — both ways — is covered entirely by us at every stage. We send you the prepaid return label, you ship back your current item, and once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we ship your new sister size. If after trying all recommended sister sizes BRALISSE still does not feel right for you, we send you a prepaid return label and issue a full refund. You pay nothing for shipping at any point in this process. There is absolutely no financial risk in trying a sister size.

Step 1 — Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Email customerservice@bralisse.com and let us know you would like an exchange. Describe what you are feeling with the current fit — whether the band feels too loose, the cups feel too large or too small, the straps feel too long, or anything else that doesn't feel quite right. Our team will personally guide you to the correct size based on your body and your specific situation.

Step 2 — We determine your exchange size together

Once you contact us, our team will personally guide you through the next steps. We will send you full instructions on how we handle the fitting and exchange process so we can find the right size for you.

Step 3 — We email you a free prepaid return label

Once your exchange size is confirmed, we send you a prepaid USPS shipping label by email at no cost to you.

Step 4 — Drop off at a USPS post office — hand it to an employee at the counter

Please hand your package directly to a USPS employee at the counter during post office business hours. Do not drop it in a blue street drop box. Do not use a self-service kiosk. Handing your package to a USPS employee ensures it is immediately scanned into the USPS tracking system. This scan is your protection. If the package is ever lost or delayed after that point, the accepted scan proves the carrier received it and the responsibility transfers to USPS — not to you.

Step 5 — We receive, inspect, and ship your new size

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we ship your new sister size.

Your item must be returned in resellable condition:

• Tags attached
• Original laundry bag included
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from stains, deodorant marks, strong perfume, fragrance, body balm, lotion, oil, or any scented product residue
• Tried on briefly at home only, returned in original try-on condition, and free from visible signs of wear — not worn throughout a full day

Note: Items that arrive in unsellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the full purchase price.

HOW TO KNOW IF THE FIT IS RIGHT

You do not need to wear BRALISSE for a full day to know whether the size is correct for you. The fit will communicate itself within 10 to 20 minutes of trying it on. Think of it like trying on shoes in a store — you know very quickly whether they feel right or not.

Signs the fit is correct:

• The band feels snug and supportive around your ribcage — not painful, but not loose
• The cup fabric stretches firmly over your breast tissue, like a sock pulled fully onto your foot
• Your breasts feel lifted, rounded, and supported
• The straps feel balanced between front and back
• The fabric has good stretch but is not pulled to its absolute maximum limit

Signs to exchange the size:

Band is too loose:

• Rides up your back and drops down in the front
• Does not stretch against your body — just lays on it loosely
• Feels like it has no hold or support

Band is too tight:

• Cuts into your torso uncomfortably
• Feels too tight and restrictive
• Fabric stretched to its absolute maximum with no give left

Cups are too big:

• Cup fabric does not stretch at all over your breasts — it just covers them loosely
• No lift or support — breasts sit low rather than lifted
• Fabric feels relaxed and unengaged rather than supportively tensioned

Cups are too small:

• Cup fabric is fully stretched with absolutely no room left
• Creates a uniboob effect — no separation
• Everything cuts in and feels compressed

If something feels off, please do not continue wearing the item all day. Contact us right away and we will help you identify the correct size.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND

If you prefer a straight refund without trying an exchange first, that is entirely your choice. Please follow the steps below carefully.

A note on return shipping: Because BRALISSE is not a physical retail store, return shipping for a straight refund is the customer's responsibility. We think of this as a modest try-on fee, as for all exchanges, we cover all shipping completely.

Step 1 — Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Email customerservice@bralisse.com with your order number, full name, or the email you used to purchase. Let us know you would like a refund.

Step 2 — Pack your item and ship it back

You may use any carrier you prefer — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other. Please contact us first at customerservice@bralisse.com and we will provide you with the return address and full shipping instructions via email.

Step 3 — Hand your package to a carrier employee — do not use a drop box

Regardless of which carrier you use, please hand your package to a carrier employee at the counter so it is immediately scanned into their system. A tracking number only protects you if it shows a carrier acceptance scan. Once acceptance is confirmed, your responsibility is complete — even if the carrier loses the package after that point, you are protected.

Step 4 — Send us your tracking number

Once your package has been accepted and scanned, please email us your tracking number.

Return Shipping Deadline After Approval

Once your refund return is approved, or once we email you return instructions or a prepaid return label, your package must be handed to the carrier and show a carrier acceptance scan within 14 calendar days. If the return package is not accepted by the carrier within 14 calendar days after approval, label issuance, or return instructions being sent, the return may still be accepted at BRALISSE’s discretion, but a 25% restocking fee will apply, even if the item is otherwise returned in resellable condition. This fee helps cover extended processing time, inventory hold, administrative costs, and loss of resale opportunity caused by delayed returns.

Step 5 — We receive, inspect, and issue your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Item must be returned in resellable condition to avoid restocking fee of 25%:

• Tags attached
• Original laundry bag included
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from stains, deodorant marks, strong perfume, fragrance, body balm, lotion, oil, or any scented product residue
• Tried on briefly at home only, returned in original try-on condition, and free from visible signs of wear — not worn throughout a full day

Restocking Fee:

• Item returned in resellable condition within 14 days — No fee
• Item returned in unsellable condition, including but not limited to stains, deodorant marks, visible wear, strong perfume, fragrance, or residue from scented body care products such as lotions, oils, or body balms — Up to 25% may apply
• Refund return not accepted by the carrier within 14 calendar days after return approval, label issuance, or return instructions being sent — 25% applies
• Item returned outside the 14-day window — Up to 25% may apply

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it posted to your account, please contact us at customerservice@bralisse.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong size or color due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bralisse.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the situation promptly and entirely at no cost to you.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to a European Union address, EU consumer protection law provides you with a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. This means you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The same item condition requirements apply.
